Pickles
Oh, that’s right! Pickles can be left outside the refrigerator. Lots and lots of preservatives are added to them, so even if the pickles stay out for as long as three years, it barely matters. No smell would develop or spoil the space of the refrigerator. Shelve your pickles!
Potatoes
Potatoes must be kept in a dark, dry, cool place all the time. Cold temperatures in the refrigerator make the process of switching starch to sugar faster. Also, don’t forget to take the potatoes out of the bag with which they came when you returned home!
