If there are dense plants in your garden, you might have a hard time fertilizing the whole place. After all, the density will make it harder for the fertilizer to get to the base of your plant. A PVC pipe can help. Just make a 45-degree angle cut at the top of it for a bigger opening. After this, you can put the opposite end at the base of whichever plant you need to fertilize. You can simply pour fertilizer into the pipe – just make sure that it will land where it has to!

Scatter Soap
There are times when hungry deer or rabbits turn your garden into their very own feeding ground. They will eat at your greenery and destroy everything you have worked so hard to grow. Who would have thought that you can use soap to put a stop to this? You can shred soap and scatter the bits among the plants. However, you need to leave only a healthy amount of shavings – the entire ground should not be covered by it! The soapy scent will ward off the hungry animals so that they would not damage the plants. You will have to add more soap when it gets washed away, but it is not all that hard to do this.
