It’s no surprise to hear that a lot of plastic surgery clients ask to look like Britney Spears. On an MTV show called I Want A Famous Face, an office worker names Crystal U always dreamed of looking just like the pop star. She spent about $25,000 on a nose job, fat grafts, lip injections, and breast implants. She hoped that these things will help her achieve her dream of becoming a stripper or an Anaheim Angels Strike Force. We don’t know if either came true, but we wish her the best of luck!
