Iran’s Army
Iran is considered to be a Middle Eastern powerhouse and it has the power to pose as a major threat to its enemies. The military is divided into two sides. In the first one, you have the Air Force, Army, and Navy. On the other hand, you have the Revolutionary Guards. Overall, there are 545,000 active personnel in the military as well as 350,000 reserve soldiers.

Axis Allies
While Iran is not directly involved in the conflicts plaguing the region, they sure have a part in several of them. Iran is allied with Iraq, Syria, and the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah. Not only does it give military advice to them, but the country also helps them by providing weaponry and financial aid.
