Now, besides Arrested Development, she’s known for her role as Amber Holt in Parenthood. However, we have to mention some of her other outstanding roles. Whitman starred in HBO’s In Treatment as Rosie Weston or as Mary Elizabeth in The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Not to mention, she voices for shows like Family Guy!

Afterward, she had a guest role for four episodes of Heroes: Destiny among other roles. For a period of time, she worked for CNN as a reporter. However, then she made a return to acting around the time she took the role on 24. She has one son named Alec.
