Just as she began to realize that this was not just a regular picnic, Matt went down on his knee and grabbed her hand. The young man looked her in the eye and brought out a ring. He told her, “Will you marry me?” Laura was shocked, but she gave him her answer right away: “‘YES!’ I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, is this happening?’ I saw the ring and was like, ‘This is gorgeous. I’m so happy with it.’ I had no idea!”
