Gina was only 19 at the time, she was still an adolescent basically a child. This was a lot for her to deal with and to be faced with at that age- as it would be for most. How could she have let that happen? Gina knew she had to calm down, she took a relaxing hot bath and kept saying her mantra to herself. She repeated, “I’m fine. I can do this. It’s ok. I’ll be ok.” She said this over and over again.
