Milana received a minor break in 2015 when she was cast in the main cast of Other Space. It’s a series produced by Yahoo! Screen about a group of inexperienced space travelers. She was a perfect choice for the role. The show lasted only eight episodes. Tina Shukshin was played by Milana. Tina was a humorous anchor for the show, so the role was perfect for her. This was a role that was tailor-made for Milana’s character.

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is her full name. She was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on March 8, 1987. The country was still a part of the Soviet Union at the time. Being Jewish was enough to get you killed in that part of the world during those years. As a result, Milana’s parents decided to uproot the family and relocate them to a safer location. They first traveled to Austria, then to Italy, and eventually to the United States in 1990. They decided to make their home in Hollywood, California.
