We’re sure you were concerned about what would happen to the iconic paintings on board by Picasso and Monet while watching the movie. They ended up sinking with the ship and becoming lost amid the wreckage. These paintings may have existed in real life by that time, but they were most likely not onboard the ship because they were originals or were too huge to fit. Instead, the ones on the Titanic were decent knockoffs. Picasso’s The Guitar Player, one of the paintings in Rose’s collection, had not yet been completed when the ship sank.
