Easy Solution
This particular situation can serve as a lesson for all pet owners. Someone might believe that abandoning pets of all ages on the side of the road or elsewhere is the “easy way out”. While this might be the case for the owner, it is the exact opposite for the abandoned animal. The rescuers hoped this was not a “drop and run” case.
