The first paragraph really isn’t so bad, they’ve acknowledged the problem. The second paragraph is sympathetic cause this person’s also been there, they know the struggle. But then the third paragraph – whoa. They have taken this message to a whole other level and they’ve even awarded the person with an award…the worst neighbor award that is.
