North Dakota – 33.2% Obesity Rate

In 1985, no state in the north got an obesity rate of 15%. After six years, there was still no state that was higher than 20%. However, The obesity rate in that North Dakota had increased to 33.2%, making 71% of people in that state obese. Rural areas also had a high quantity of obese. 29.5% of overweight people had high blood pressure, while 10% were suffering from diabetes.
