Even though Derrick Coleman spent 15 years in the NBA, his coaches called him lazy. However, this criticism does not seem to apply to the next chapter of his life! He has been driving around Flint to ensure that the residents have access to drinking water. How amazing and admirable is that?! “That’s what I’m seeing. Distress. I’m seeing people who need help. I’ve seen the rust and everything that’s in their water. Flint is like a ghost town, and it’s sad… How can this happen here in America?” he asked.

Steve Francis – Entrepreneur
After spending nine years in the NBA, Steve Francis called it quits. He then turned his focus on other projects. Among other things, he pursued music and formed Maserati Music. It was a hip-hop record label that did not make much of an impact. However, this did not stop him from trying a different venture. He launched a clothing line called We r One, but he has since had to put a hold on all his projects.
