Well, he did try. We will give him that. The driver receives some credit for at least putting in some effort. Maybe he just got tired and then gave up. We can sympathize with him a little, but come on.

This guy clearly did not care much about handicapped drivers. Did he not realize that it is one spot per handicapped car and not the whole section? This should get ticketed or even towed. It’s crazy out there!
