With his ability to establish himself as one of the most incredible action movie actors of all time, it is somewhat unsurprising that Bruce Willis recognizes his own worth. Sylvester Stallone approached Willis about appearing in the next Expendables 3 film, but Willis was not interested in appearing for nothing.
Although the role was minor and would only take four days to film, the Sony actor demanded $1 million per day for his time on the set. Because Stallone could only come up with $3 million, Bruce decided to walk away from the deal. Because of this, Sly labeled his friend as “greedy and lazy,” which caused some consternation among the group.

Outcome: Angelina Jolie did it instead
Even though we are all aware that Angelina Jolie performed admirably in her role as the title character in Salt. Did you realize that the movie could have turned out very differently? Even though everyone’s favorite Scientologist, Tom Cruise, was apparently in talks to play the role of “Edwin A. Salt.” The studio refused to pay the required $20 million fees for the position.
Because Tom Cruise wasn’t at the height of his celebrity at the time, the studio turned him down. However, Cruise later claimed that he was the one who opted not to participate because the concept was too similar to some of his past efforts. What’s more, Jolie came in to play a somewhat different version of the role in the comedy.
