George H. W. Bush – 143

George H.W. Bush, Sr. served as the President of the United States for a term that ran from 1989 to 1993. However, members of the younger generation will probably remember him better as the father of President George W. Bush. Before he was elected the head of state, the older Bush previously served as Vice President for Ronald Reagan for 8 years. He was known for his leadership skills during times of crisis. He was a great negotiator, especially when it came to international relations. While he was a controversial figure, he wasn’t dumb. George H. W. Bush had an IQ of 143, making him more or less average in terms of U.S. Presidents.
