Lyndon B. Johnson – 140.6

This president became famous for taking over after John F. Kennedy was shot and killed in 1963. Lyndon B. Johnson then ramped up the U.S. presence in Vietnam. With an IQ of 140.6, we’re still on the lower end of the list of presidents. The 36th President of the United States is none other than Lyndon Baines Johnson, better known as LBJ. He was in office between 1963 and 1969, during which he left an impressive legacy. He is lauded for his efforts to push the country in many important areas. When he was the head of state, he passed numerous civil rights, gun, and welfare laws. Of course, we can’t forget the way he passed the Social Security law and expanded Medicaid and Medicare.
