The German band Kraftwerk existed before much of the electronic and dance music was made on laptops. They are considered the pioneers who pushed the technology forward. They are the pioneers of electro-top, so to speak. Since the band was founded in Düsseldorf in 1970, they have been doing their thing. And even if not everyone understands their music, they are still successful at what they do.

The legendary drummer Dave Grohl was a member of two of the best bands of all time. Not many musicians can claim that. After the break-up of the band Nirvana, he founded the band Foo Fighters in 1994. He has definitely earned his place among the most talented musicians of his generation. Dave Grohl was the frontman of the Foo Fighters.

So the rocker swapped his drums from Nirvana for the microphone in the Foo Fighters. The band’s success soon showed that this was a smart move. With 15 Grammy Awards to their name, they are rightly at the top of the rock band charts.
