The judge presiding over the case was Justice Diane Kiesel. According to her, she saw “no remorse” from Anna. She explained that there was no way she was going to accept the plea offer since it was basically just a “slap on the wrist”. Bad news, Anna. The judges are out to serve justice out here. They were ready to do everything in their power to ensure that justice is carried out. They were looking into giving her 15 years in prison for all of her crimes.
