While he may be incredibly gifted at football, his skills do not transfer to the slopes. Even his former teammate Drew Bledsoe admitted that Brady is not the best skier. Bledsoe joked that years ago when they went skiing together, “He was really awful then.” Brady has made light of it and even posted a video of himself face-planting, along with a South Park clip.

Athletic Scholarships

As we mentioned, his siblings were all very talented athletically. Even though Tom Brady went to Michigan with a football scholarship, he wasn’t the first Brady to be awarded an athletic scholarship. His sister Maureen attended Fresno on a softball scholarship. Meanwhile, Julie was a walk-on for St. Mary’s soccer team before winning her own scholarship. Although Nancy ultimately went in another direction, she did get recruited for Cal-Berkeley and offered a softball scholarship.
