He has gone to the hospital a number of times for double pneumonia, seizures, and low blood pressure.

Joan Marie Laurer debuted in WWF under the name Chyna in the ‘90s. She was the first woman to participate in Royal Rumble and King of the Ring. She helped pave the way for other women in the world of wrestling. After her wrestling career, she chose to focus on writing and released an autobiography. On top of that, she also dipped her toes into the adult industry before dying of an overdose in 2016.
