Pulp Fiction

Hitmen Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield, played by John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson respectively, stared on the bullet holes in the wall. Except no one has riddled the wall with bullet holes yet! In a previous scene, Vincent and Jules have taken out two men – one of which who was dispatched in a vindictively theological way. But there was actually the third man, waiting in the bathroom to put some holes in them! You know what happened next, but before the third man ambushes the pair, the bullet holes were already in the wall, which wasn’t there when Vincent and Jules entered the apartment! Tarantino tomfoolery, or odd continuity error? You’ll be the judge of that.

Star Wars: A New Hope

In the scene of stormtroopers charging to the sabotaged control room, one might notice that the rightmost trooper is taller than the rest of his comrades. During the filming of the first Star Wars movie in 1976, actor Laurie Goode is having a not so good stomach. He’d already made four jumps into the restroom and was gunning for the fifth when the shoot began. Goode’s condition was so awful that he didn’t notice where he was walking! Surprisingly enough, it made into the final cut in the end.
