Nothing in the vast spells of wizardry could ever hide or remove the leftmost cameraman bombing the shot, making one of the most ridiculous filming errors in recent history! You can spot it in the duel scene between Harry and Malfoy, just when Snape was helping off the former of the floor. It takes a precise eye to spot the error, which happens in just a moment. According to sources, this blunder is just one of 20 similar incidents where a stagehand (or parts of their body) is spotted on screen! Not even the greatest magics can wipe their presence away!

Gladiator

In the first battle in the Colosseum, a chariot was toppled over, unceremoniously revealing its culprit; a gas tank? During the Roman Empire era? According to sources, this futuristic-looking (at least on the setting) device was attached to an arm, and if it was activated, it would cause it to extend and create the motion of the chariot running over something. If fully activated, it is powerful enough to flip the vehicle over! The set coordinators used it well, but then admitted, “I guess I screwed up on how I was going to keep it covered when it flipped over on its side.”
