Beef Jerky
Since beef is a type of meat product, we believe it needs to be placed inside the refrigerator. However, because the moisture of the meat is completely drawn out, the beef jerky can then survive “living” outside the fridge. The making of beef jerky can be traced back to Ancient Egypt. We’re pretty sure they weren’t keeping it in their fridges.
Potato Chips
Can you think of an example of when potato chips have not been consumed until the last crumb in a bag? We can’t either. That said, we can’t even think about anyone keeping a bag in the fridge. You guys agree that potato chips are not fridged staples, right? Cool.
