Until now, the show is the longest running among all of Fox’s live-action comedies, with 259 episodes and a decade of broadcasting. The show has also proven that it has a remarkably long life; Married… With Children continues to air every day on Netflix, in syndication, and more than a hundred countries around the globe.

During the original run of Married… With Children, the Visa cards’ actual name could not be used, so the producers had to improvise. They tried to think of something new, yet still familiar to the people watching the show. And so…that is how the Vista cards were invented! The sign for the cards can be seen in Al’s shoe shop and the cards are occasionally referenced in dialogue. What’s your take on this?
