There are many delicious varieties in the potato family, but we must say that our favorite are sweet potatoes. They taste amazing with meat, chicken, or even vegetable dish. Some have even started adding them to their pasta and pizza, so don’t hesitate to do the same if you want to perk up your usual dish. Sweet potatoes are loaded with potassium and other healthy nutrients, giving those who eat it healthier hearts and blood vessels.
Walnuts
Walnuts, like its other cousins, are also a healthy and delicious way to enjoy your snacks and salad. They are full of omega-3 fatty acids, and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). These nuts are helpful in maintaining a good cholesterol level, decreasing the blood pressure, and keeping the heart in good condition.
